He fell off the cliff but was still alive. Then as he was about to stand up he was bumped by a fast moving truck. He seems to be the luckiest and unluckiest guy for being still alive. After that incident he was hit with another meteor LOL but still alive. Near the end of the video it was discovered that the reason that he was still alive was that Death was drink beer this whole time LOL. In the end he was struck by lightning but guess what.
